About the event
Theatre of Self is a program of self-awareness and confidence building through somatic work. It is designed for young people between the ages of 15–26 and their families.
Using theatrical training techniques designed to afford a deep sense of possibility and presence, participants engage their innate creative powers of inner and outer perception to gain new insights and confidence in navigating their world. Participants should come prepared to move lightly and gently. Please bring a journal and a pen. A yoga mat is suggested. A $25 donation is suggested.
